Niagra Falls

I’m blogging via my Treo 600 mobile phone from the Canadian side of Niagra Falls! Rachel, Other Aaron, and I just went to a casino. I risked 40 bucks on craps and slots and got back 36.50–not too shabby. And thank goodness for the slots b/c craps kicked my butt (I really needed Amy’s good luck at craps tonight).
Oh! And on the way through Canada Rachel was radio station surfing and happened on a Hebrew song–and one that I knew the words (of the chorus) to. How random.

Niagara Falls was fun! You totally did luck out with the slot machines. I certainly didn’t make that much money playing the nickel slots- but I also didn’t lose that much either. I hope you had fun traveling with us in Bettye Jo. T’was a long, strange trip indeed.

Of course I had fun; and lots of fun driving Bettye Jo–when you let me.
With casinos it’s not really how much you win or lose, but how much fun you had…it would have been nice to stay in craps for longer.
As for the “strange” trip: the strangest thing I recall is the Canadian border patrol lady that wouldn’t let us in their country! I mean, it’s not like I carry my birth certificate around with me. And we were only there to add money to their economy. Well at least we didn’t have our names entered into the computer system ;)
