On your LOTD:
I find your work mostly illuminary
from politics to treats krisp and airy,
but on matters linguistic
those limericks missed it.
I’d rather just use dictionaries.
on my feet i must be quick
to conjure a limmerick
reponding in kind
to your clever mind
aha! this did just the trick
It’s true a poem I promised,
but my workload I hadn’t assessed.
Now I have time
so here is the rhyme
to put this whole issue to rest.
