In a few hours I’ll be off on a 1.5-day vacation. First stop: Camp Wigwam, the summer camp my uncle owns. I’ll get there just in time to ref a Color War game.
After a night in Maine, I’ll be leaving early to drive to New York, to see Seth’s New York musical debut. His musical, Meaningless Sex, is in the Fringe Festival (FRR). Unfortunately, all his shows are on weekdays (when I can’t take off work), so I’m going to a dress rehearsal.
The weather here has been miserable. Monday, it was misting at the beginning of my daily rollerblade trip into work. But four blocks later, it was monsooning. I was completely drenched. Luckily I had spare pants at the office from Saturday’s softball game. So I was wearing a button-down shirt with my old dirt-stained TJ soccer warmups. Ironically, not many poeple noticed.
Hope the rain clears by the time I get to the ‘Wam.
