So, I finally have interesting news from the campaign that I can share. Yesterday our communications director Dorie got into a “discussion” with a Kerry staff. Read all about it here. The story was oft-repeated in the office to many guffaws; Dorie describes the Kerry staffer’s actions as “strategic error.” (And, yes, I got permission to post that.) Unfortunately, the article doesn’t do justice to Dorie’s sarcastic “olive branch” remarks. The real life version is much better.
In other news, a Kerry intern wants to join Team Dean, and we got a new website skin. They took Samidh’s suggestion and got rid of that ugly picture of Dean at the top.
Jane has some great links today: including, Chrstian Science Fair (via Sean) and In the beginning there was the command line. I just finished reading Snow Crash by Mr Stephenson (pretty good), and once I’m done with The Tipping Point (very informative), I’ll munch on “in the beginning.”
